Class Registration and Cancellation Policy

CLASS SIZE AND CANCELLATIONS:

We need to have a minimum of four people in each class for the class to be held. If you register for a class and we do not attract enough people for that session, you will have a choice:

1. If there is another session available, you can move to that session.

2. If the class is available as a self-study, you can move to that class, and take any difference in fee as a gift certificate.

3. If no other class is available, we will issue a gift certificate for the amount of your fee that you may apply to either a class or product at any time. 

Feel free to invite your friends to take a class with you so you can be certain we won’t have to cancel!

REFUNDS

We will not refund class fees for any reason. Gift certificates will be issued for cancellations for any reason up to 7 days before the class. If you cancel for any reason within 7 days of your first class session, no gift certificate will be issued. You MAY transfer your class to a friend, simply email us at admin@scrappersworkshop.com with your invoice number and the username and email of the friend you’d like to attend in your place. We will then email them a new password to join the class.
