All of our downloadable products come with a TOU file - please read it! We try to be as generous as we can, we want you to use our products. Products made by outside designers (not Stan or Jennifer White/ScrapKitty Design) are subject to the terms of use statement that is inside the download file. ALL DOCUMENTS HOSTED ON THIS SITE ARE ©ScrappersWorkshop.com unless otherwise indicated in the file.
TUTORIALS: You may save a copy of our .pdf tutorials by clicking on Save a Copy in the top left corner of the Adobe Reader toolbar. Please keep this for your use only. Posting or sharing the file ANYWHERE, including sharing printed copies is prohibited without express written permission. Ask. We will probably say yes! You are always free to link to our tutorials page. Please do not link directly to the .pdf files, we'd like to have the page hit. If everyone cooperates, we will be able to continue to build the best FREE library of tutorials around!
CLASS MATERIALS: All handouts and video tutorials, transcripts and class session recordings are ©ScrappersWorkshop.com. Please do not share or post these materials anywhere, including in printed form. We work hard to provide the most complete sets of course materials around - so that you can get real value from your class fees by having the info handy when you need it. By not sharing, you are helping us keep our class fees low, and letting more people enjoy the classes you've enjoyed.

Permitted uses:
1. You may:
a. use and incorporate the products in your personal scrapbooking layouts,
b. alter products by changing the size, color, adding to or deleting from said products.
c. use these products in your layouts that are submitted to scrapbooking magazines and websites for publication, as long as
proper credit is given to Jennifer White and ScrapKitty Design as stated above.
d. print a hard copies of products to be used in your personal scrapbooking projects.
e. make one (1) copy of the products solely for back-up purposes, and you must reproduce all licensing information on this
single back-up copy.
f. use for Scrap-for-Hire or Scrap-for-Others (S4H, S4O) providing layouts are provided the customer printed as a full layout, or digitally at
a low resolution such as in a slide show. No layered (.psd) or full res (100ppi or higher) images shall be provided to the customer, even if flattened.
Prohibited uses:
2. You may not:
a. Do anything with the products that is not expressly permitted.
b. Provide a copy of the products or any portion thereof to anyone, or allow anyone to gain access to the products, except
as permitted above.
c. use the products in designs for resale, including website templates, flash templates, and brochure design templates.
d. display the products on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products, including but not limited to
postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and any other items.
e. use the products on items to be sold, they are for your personal use only.
f. claim products or altered products as your own. You may not alter these images and call them your own. You may not
take any part of these graphics and add to it or change it and claim the resulting graphic as your own.
g. use the products or any part thereof as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark or
logo,
h. incorporate the products in any product that results in a re-distribution of the products, even if for free, not for fee
(such as electronic greeting cards).
i. use the products in a fashion that is considered by Jennifer White (acting reasonably) as pornographic, obscene, defamatory
or libelous in nature.
j. use any image in the products that depicts a person to endorse a business, product or service.
k. remove any notice of copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary right from any place where it appears on or in the
products or its accompanying materials,
l. sub-license, re-sell, rent, lend or otherwise distribute the products.
m. post a copy of the products on a network server or web server for use by other users,
n. transfer the rights to the products or accompanying materials, except as specifically provided for elsewhere in this
agreement.
o. make any products into tubes, templates or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
p. offer products on any website for download, send them through a list or group, or include them in any graphics collection,
either on the internet or otherwise.
q. You may not post my preview in any forum, gallery, or other public place without my express permission to do so. If you'd
like permission to post my preview, please e-mail me with the intended use (yes, I love praise), and website where you will be posting it.
