All Downloadable product:
Please choose your purchases carefully, as we only issue site Gift Certificates. No refunds will be issued for product that is not to your liking, or does not work with your program. You will be issued a Gift Certificate for the site that you may use on classes or product.
Once a product is downloaded, the purchase is no longer eligible for Gift Certificate refund.
Expired links will be re-set for 90 days or as long as that product remains in the store. If the product is no longer in the store we will be unable to reset the links. Please keep in mind when shopping that many of our products are available for a limited time only.
Please unzip your purchases promptly, and make a backup copy. We will evaluate link reactivation requests on a case-by-case basis when possible, but again, much of our product has a short shelf life and will be unavailable for re-download.
